Funding and Payment
Languages
Training and Development attracts funding from a variety of sources which
enables us to offer courses to persons who might otherwise be unable to
access training opportunities. The
funding can be for as much as 100% of the total course costs, but this will
vary according to the course and personal eligibility. This funding
can be extended to a wide range of applicants primarily through our Train to
Gain contract and our access to the European Social Fund. We also have a provision for funding for
E2E (Entry to Employment) for youth opportunities. As with all
funding it is under constant review so we recommend contacting ourselves as
soon as possible to discuss current opportunities for having your course
funded. Candidates
for the Cert. TESOL will ideally attract funding through a further embedded
qualification, to run in parallel with the TESOL course. This has the benefit of not only reducing
the cost of the course but also providing valuable additional teaching
centred qualifications. This structure
also applies to candidates for the Diploma in TESOL. Cheques
should be drawn on a British bank account made payable to 'Languages Training
& Development'. For an
